Worth knowing
It runs entirely on your own computer. If the internet goes down, or you never connect it at all, billing carries on exactly as normal — internet is only needed if you want cloud backup, multi-branch sync or WhatsApp alerts.

WhatsApp Marketing & API
Almost every customer you have already reads WhatsApp. We set up campaign sending for your offers and reminders, and a gateway your own software can call so routine messages send themselves.
What's included
- Contact lists and groups imported from your existing customer data
- Saved message templates with each customer's name and balance filled in
- Scheduled campaigns, sent at a sensible hour rather than all at once at midnight
- Delivery and read reporting, so you know what actually landed

Worth knowing
We run our own gateway, so integration with software we build for you is direct rather than through a third party. Please use it responsibly — message people who expect to hear from you, honour opt-outs, and follow WhatsApp's own rules. Accounts that blast strangers get blocked, and no provider can prevent that.

SMS Marketing
SMS still reaches the phones WhatsApp does not — older handsets, customers with no data, and anyone who has notifications switched off. It arrives, it is short, and it is read.

Worth knowing
Masked sender IDs and bulk routes are provided through licensed operators and need registration in your business name. We handle the paperwork, but the approval time is the operator's, not ours — usually a few working days.

An ERP is only as good as the opening balances it starts with. Part of the work is sitting with your accountant to load stock, parties and balances correctly — and that step is included, not billed separately.
Common questions
The things everyone asks first.
If your question is not here, ask it on WhatsApp — you will get a straight answer, not a sales call.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for most people. What we do promise: after the first visit you get one fixed written price covering software, installation and training, and that price does not move unless you ask for something outside it.
How long does it take?
A standard retail or pharmacy installation is usually running within a week, including loading your item list. Custom software depends entirely on what it has to do — the written scope always includes a date, and we tell you early if anything threatens it.
Do I need internet for it to work?
Not for billing. Retail and pharmacy software runs fully on your own computer. Internet is only required for the optional extras: cloud backup, syncing branches, and sending WhatsApp or SMS messages.
What happens to my data if we stop working together?
You take it with you. Your data is yours, exportable to Excel or a standard database file at any time, and we will hand over what a new supplier needs. We would rather you stayed because the support is good than because leaving is difficult.
Can you fix or extend software we already have?
Often, yes — particularly adding reports, fixing printing, or connecting it to WhatsApp and SMS. We will look at it honestly and tell you if repairing it costs more than replacing it.
What does support actually mean?
A direct number to the person who built your system. Most problems are solved on the phone or by remote access the same day; if it needs someone at the counter, we come. Backups and updates are handled by us so you do not have to remember them.
