The kind of problems we are usually called in to fix.

Below are the project types we build most often, described by sector rather than by client. Business owners here generally prefer their stock levels, margins and customer lists not be published on a website — so we describe the work, not the names.

If you would like to speak to an existing client before deciding, ask us. We will put you in touch directly with someone in your own trade who has agreed to it.

Pharmacy

Medical store with three branches

Three counters running separate registers, with stock moved between them on a phone call and nobody certain what was where. Expiry losses were only discovered when a customer was already holding the strip.

  • Batch and expiry tracking across all three branches
  • Branch-to-branch transfers with acknowledgement
  • Salt-wise search for finding alternatives at the counter
  • One consolidated purchase and payables view for the owner

What changed Expiring stock now appears on a report months ahead instead of being found at the counter, and the owner can see all three branches' stock and dues from one screen.

Retail

General store moving off a register

Everything on paper: prices in the shopkeeper's head, credit customers in a notebook, and a stock position that was only truly known once a year during counting.

  • Item list built from the shelves and barcoded
  • Barcode billing with keyboard-only entry for speed
  • Credit customer ledgers with running balances
  • Daily closing and cash shortage report per shift

What changed Stock and outstanding credit are now known at any moment rather than once a year, and staff can bill without the owner present to quote prices.

Distribution

Distributor with a field sales team

Order books filled in by hand in the field, re-typed at the office in the evening, and recovery chased from memory. Area performance was guesswork.

  • Order booking entered once, in the field
  • Van loading, delivery and return reconciliation
  • Party ledgers with ageing and recovery lists
  • Area and salesman-wise sales reporting

What changed Orders are typed once instead of twice, overdue parties appear on a list rather than being remembered, and the owner can compare areas and salesmen on the same report.

Education

Private school, fees and attendance

Fee challans written by hand each month, defaulters found only when the register was totalled, and parents informed of nothing until it was already a problem.

  • Admissions, class lists and student records
  • Monthly fee challan generation and printing
  • Defaulter lists by class and by month
  • Automatic fee and absence messages to parents

What changed Challans print for the whole school in one run, defaulters are a report rather than a discovery, and parents are notified automatically instead of by whoever remembers.

Messaging

Retail chain sending by hand

A staff member spent part of every day forwarding the same offer message to hundreds of contacts individually, with no way to know what was delivered and no way to stop messaging people who had asked to be left alone.

  • Customer numbers imported from the billing software
  • Templates personalised with name and balance
  • Scheduled campaigns with controlled send rates
  • Delivery reporting and an enforced opt-out list

What changed Campaigns go out from the panel instead of from a person's thumb, delivery is visible, and customers who opt out are removed permanently and automatically.

Web

Local business with no website

Findable only through a Facebook page, with no phone number visible on search, no map pin, and enquiries lost among unrelated comments.

  • Fast Urdu and English website, mobile first
  • Domain, hosting, SSL and business email set up
  • Google Business Profile with map and hours
  • Enquiry form that also opens WhatsApp directly

What changed The business now appears in local search with a map pin and working hours, and enquiries arrive in one place instead of being buried in social media comments.

How we judge a project

Installed is not the same as working.

Plenty of software gets installed and quietly abandoned within a month, while the old register comes back out of the drawer. These are the things we actually check before we consider a job finished.

  • Staff can run a full day without phoning us
  • The old paper register has genuinely been put away
  • Closing at night matches the cash in the drawer
  • The owner can answer a question without asking a clerk
  • Backups have run, and we have restored one to prove it
  • Nobody is keeping a second copy of the data in Excel

Your project

Does one of these sound like your business?

Most of the problems above started as a small annoyance that grew. Describe yours in a message — if we have solved it before, we will tell you exactly how, and if we have not, we will say that too.
